1 /5 Vivian Ngo: The restaurant is called Pho Ngon, which means “delicious pho” in Vietnamese, but unfortunately the pho is not delicious. The broth lacks depth and authenticity, which is disappointing—especially since the restaurant is Vietnamese-owned, so expectations were higher.
The waiting time for food is very long every single time I order, even when the restaurant is not busy. This is not a one-off issue and it has become quite frustrating, as it happens on every visit. If the problem is understaffing, the owner should consider hiring more staff and offering reasonable wages to improve service rather than leaving customers waiting.
Hopefully, the food quality and service will improve in the future.
