1 /5 Francina L: I was waiting to be served but was overlooked in favor of another customer. I was waiting over 10 minutes. Sad thing is there was no customers in line. I awkwardly waited patiently until some would finally come to serve. When I raised the issue and patiently waiting. I was finally served only to have the items placed on the counter as the worker walked away again and carried on talking to other staff members. I was told it was okay, essentially justifying the rude behavior. Very disappointing and unprofessional.
