5 /5 Mons Plate: Such a great spot for dinner!! We visited on a Tuesday night for their Charcoal Chicken special (half chicken & side for $30). We also ordered the focaccia, hummus and hash-brown prawn toast. All dishes were delicious and the service was fantastic! Michelle our waitress was lovely and so attentive. Will definitely be visiting again to try some more from the menu.

2 /5 Sharni Cason: $12 for a ham and cheese toastie that was cooked by the bar staff and not the kitchen is excessive. It was overcooked because the poor bar tender ‘cooking’ it was also serving others and obviously couldn’t keep an eye on it after whipping it out the fridge in the bar. It was also very greasy, dripping in butter. If you’re coming for breakfast choose something that has to be cooked fresh.

1 /5 Jason Tabrett: The atmosphere is alright, but it’s very noisy, the drinks extremely expensive and the $60 steak I had was small and grisly. Very disappointing! The staff were fairly rude, ignored some of the service areas and didn’t like making other drinks like an old fashioned. It was also the worst I’ve ever had. The spicy watermelon margarita was good though and one staff member was nice, so it’s hard to say I had a usual experience.

1 /5 Andrés: Went here for lunch and it was a very disappointing experience from start to finish. We waited around 15 minutes without any service, and when someone finally came to our table, he was rude and seemed completely uninterested in providing service. We ordered drinks about 10 minutes before placing our food order, yet the drinks still took 25 minutes to arrive, despite the restaurant not being busy. Ironically, the drinks were the only decent part of the visit. For food, I ordered a carbonara pasta with an extra portion of grilled chicken, plus a serving of calamari as an entree. My friend ordered a chicken parma. Everything arrived at the same time, which wouldn’t have been an issue if the food was edible. The calamari was cold and soggy. The carbonara tasted like the pasta had been boiled, left aside for hours, and reheated in a microwave. The extra portion of chicken was cold and raw and the chicken Parma was hot on top and cold at the bottom. When we asked for the chicken to be cooked properly, the server reacted poorly and aggressively grabbed the plate from the table, which was extremely unprofessional. Overall, the service was poor, the food quality unacceptable, and the experience very frustrating. If you value your time and money, I wouldn’t recommend dining here.
