1 /5 Matt McPherson: We were given soggy chips that were not quite cooked and pretty much inedible, squishy small pickled onions which were inedible and some pretty average and rather small pieces of grilled flake. I get that it is cheap and cheerful and will make allowances accordingly but fish and chip shops should never get chips wrong EVER. They pretty much only have one job- fry those bad boys until they are cooked. The ones we were served were a minute or two at least away from being cooked enough to even consider consuming.
