The ambiance was elegant, calm, and immaculately clean. Guests have the option of choosing between table seating or traditional seating, which adds a unique and authentic touch to the space.
The staff were professional, courteous, and attentive, providing timely service without being intrusive.
We ordered the Soltani Kebab and Chenjeh.
The chenjeh was exceptional — beautifully marinated, incredibly tender, and cooked to perfection. It deserves a 5 out of 5 rating without hesitation.
The koobideh was outstanding and, without exaggeration, the best koobideh I have had in Australia. The flavor and texture were excellent, earning it a 4.5 out of 5.
The barg kebab was also of high quality — flavorful and tender — though I personally prefer it slightly more well done, so I would rate it 4 out of 5.
The rice was soft, fragrant, and delicately infused with saffron.
The bread served beneath the kebabs was excellent, and the accompanying salad was fresh, well-balanced, and very enjoyable.
We ordered doogh as our beverage, which had an ideal consistency and a perfectly balanced taste.
Overall, this restaurant delivers a refined dining experience with high-quality food and attentive service. I would confidently recommend it and look forward to returning.
