The Cheeky Pint - VIC

L V Jan 2019: Nothing to fault. Parma and pork ribs were awesome. Pale ale and cider were very nice. Service was top notch! May 2022: Still damn good! Consistency is key to running a great business that food lovers love. Excellent beers, cocktails and great service are a plus! Thanks so much to Mitch and team, love coming back here time and time again. June 2025: Theyve added new parma toppings.

And as usual I need to order half a roast duck..Love their juicy, crispy skin duck and roast pork, brought my parents who love good Cantonese roast duck. Anh Nguyen We ordered Egg noodle with prawn and pork Dry and Soup with Fish Congee. I REALLY LOVE the Dried Egg noodle with Prawn and Pork. It tasted sour and sweet. It goes perfect with the fried shallots on top. The bowl is topped with lots of pork and shrimp. If you love eating noodle with many toppings, order this dish!!!

Sherin W My absolute favorite cafe in the western suburb! The foods are carefully curated. We ordered Nudja Eggs with sourdough, Potato Gnocchi, Fish Sandwich and Wild Mushrooms with truffle cream. Every one of them is so on-point! Highly recommend to give it a go if you are around West Footscray.

Patrick Whelan I have been twice, once with friends and the 2nd time with family. Best Parata, Chapali Kebab, Chicken 65, Mutton and Chicken Biryani Ive ever had. Exceptional service with a smile and well priced and generous portions. Is now my go to for Indian eat in or takeaway!

Issan Thai Street Food - VIC

Linh Nguyen Been here a few times. Good Thai place in the area, more authentic than others. The food can get really spicy but I love it. Good portion too. The Pad Thai is actually not overly sweet like from other places, tom yum soup has a great balance of spiciness and sourness, curry is good too, the duck curry is a little sweeter than other curries though. The roti chicken wrap is our new favourite.

Jaathara at Barkly - VIC

Utku Yilmaz I normally don’t go to Indian restaurants, but I really liked this place. The food was tasty and I was very happy with the hospitality. I didn’t see the kitchen, but it’s clear they make an effort to keep the restaurant clean. It definitely gets five stars from me.

K Y Amazing service, friendly staff, fast and great vibe. The burgers were very good, tasty. Will be back. The outdoor area is down the quieter side of the street which makes it a nice spot among the trees and lights.

Ras Dashen Ethiopian Restaurant - VIC

Sir Bazoongi ----- ORDERED ----- • Doro Wot • Special Clay Tibs • Shiro Wot • Misir Misto • Buna ----- FOOD ----- 1. Doro Wot The doro wot slapped, it was spiced well and the chicken was tender. Definitely worth getting when dining here. 2. Special Clay Tibs The special clay tibs tasted really good - a good mix of spicy, savory and smoky. However, I feel like we got more bones than actual meat. 3. Shiro Wot I liked the taste of the shiro wot as I generally like the taste of creamy chickpea dishes but Im not the biggest fan of the texture of powdered chickpeas. 4. Misir Misto Honestly a sleeper pick, I usually wouldnt go for vegetarian dishes but these two lentil dishes tasted really good with the injera - the sourness of the injera complimented the spicy and rich flavours of the lentils really well. 5. Buna Traditional Ethiopian coffee. I really liked it because Im a black coffee snob and it reminds me a little bit of Turkish coffee, but if youre the type of person to add milk and 4 spoons of sugar to your coffees, then Id tell you to give this one a miss. The presentation was really good. ----- SERVICE ----- Exceptional service. We got greeted by a lovely older gentleman and the guy who was serving us was very attentive and knowledgeable with recommendations on what to get. ----- PRICE:PORTION ----- Id say its slightly on the more expensive side (probably due to the location) but this isnt to say you wont leave full, thats what the injera is for. ----- CONSENSUS ----- Would recommend.

Xuan Anh Banh Cuon - VIC

The Mog Champ The Mog Champ sends his regards. The banh cuon (steamed rice rolls) here are amazing. The portions and fillings are generous and the cooking is genuine to Vietnamese standards. We ordered the banh cuon nan thit heo + banh tom (shrimp hash brown) which was delicious! Ordered a cold soy beans milk to go with the amazing food. Would recommend this to anyone in the area craving for steamed rice rolls. Thanks for the food Xuan Anh! Mogliest Regards, Your Mog Champ
