The quality and the treatments have left me drop dead gorgeous and have given me a level of confidence that borders on narcissistic. The team were so easy to talk to and felt I was heard in my desired outcome. Specifically Hannah and Tori from Melbournes location. They were amazing! The results honestly speak for themselves, I have had my entire office compliment and ask where I have had my brows and lashes done. They are all noting where to go for their next appointment. Tori is really down to earth and made me feel so comfortable for my first lift and lamination. She made sure I knew what was going on and explained each step and made sure I felt comfortable. All the girls were lovely as well! Highly recommend this place. My brows and lashes havent looked better.
