neera Patel I started at the studio 6 weeks postpartum and have been going 2/3 times a week. In just four weeks I’ve seen huge improvements. Janelle and the whole team are amazing, so supportive, and really understand postpartum needs. They modify exercises when needed, which has been incredibly helpful for my recovery. I already feel so much stronger and can see such a big difference.
On top of all that, the classes are genuinely fun and the trainers make every session enjoyable. Highly recommend!
