Mel Leeds I love shopping online with adore beauty. They have all of my brands and I receive my purchases within a few days. On this last occasion I hadn’t received a notification of my item being dispatched. I emailed customer service, they got back to me so quickly and were so apologetic. They made sure my items got to me ASAP once they were made aware of it. I never need to shop anywhere else. Thank you adore beauty.

Maegan Brown Francesca is so incredible at what she does, I love her attention to detail and her high quality, handmade silk lashes. They feel and look so natural, they are so lightweight and she always makes sure to retain the integrity of my own healthy lashes. She doesn’t use synthetic products so I never have any issues with the lashes falling out of shape when I sleep. The natural volume she creates is beautiful and never feels too much. I also love the shape she creates with the lashes which are suited to my face shape. Thank you so much Francesca! I am so happy every single time with your incredible work :)

Mimi Paul I visit my Sydney acrylic nail technician every fortnight and have done so for 18 years, so when I needed to be in Melbourne for 6 weeks I had to find someone as good. I have a very strict criteria - must use Creative Product and must hand file - no electric files for me. I put my criteria into Google and a few names came up but the numbers either didnt answer or had terrible voicemails. I finally came across Julie and after a brief conversation decided to book 3 appointments, despite the fact her salon was 30 minutes away from where I was staying. Worth every kilometre and every minute of the travel. Julie is truly professional and crafts her art well. Her studio is spotless and a beautiful space in which to be pampered. I also booked myself for a pedicure and if time had allowed I would surely have booked a facial, perhaps even a massage. I thoroughly enjoyed Julies warmth and the many conversations we shared over the 6 weeks I was in Melbourne. I will definitely use Julies services again when in Melbourne and highly recommend her to you.
