1 /5 Samantha Jetta: Today, I tried a new nail salon for the first time because I was short on time and couldnt make it to my regular salon. I requested a builder gel refill with a simple design, but I was disappointed with the results. The nails looked awful—the shape was wrong, there in no balance in the design and it wasnt what I asked for, and I ended up with gel on my skin.

2 /5 Siobhan Clifford: I got a pedicure done several times here without any issues. The staff were always polite. I got an SNS manicure done a few weeks ago also with no major issues. I went back to get them removed this week and I am very upset with the results two of my nails have been damaged so bad that what is left of my healthy nail is now so painful I’m having to put bandaids on to protect them, which doesn’t even help as they are so red and inflamed. At the time of the appointment I noted when they were finished there was still remaining product on two of the nails and asked if it was possible for it to be removed- not my own healthy nail in the process. At the time I thought the pain and redness was just from the initial removal but it’s been two days now and the pain is no better. I’m so disheartened and in so much pain. I really don’t like negative reviews but feel like this is unacceptable.

1 /5 Sire Leung: Extremely disappointing experience! I got a pedicure and was told to wait at least 20 minutes for my nails to dry, which I did. While waiting, the staff noticed the polish was uneven and, instead of properly fixing it, she just added more polish on top—making it worse. Even after all that, my nails still smudged within 30 minutes of leaving. When I went back to get them fixed, they repainted with the wrong color and left bubbles in the polish. A few hours later, the polish even started chipping! No attention to detail, no apology, and very unprofessional. A complete waste of time and money—I won’t be returning. --- ⭐☆☆☆☆ (1/5)
