5 /5 alice b: All the girls at Brazilian butterfly are so helpful, professional, sweet and personable. I have been regularly seeing Vanessa for many months now. She is very efficient and makes the treatment as painless as possible (and I don’t have a high pain tolerance!). She is great at making clients feel very comfortable and as someone with PCOS - Vanessa creates a non-judgmental space for me to talk about my concerns etc. I have been seeing great results and I’m excited to continue with waxing and IPL sessions. I have tried many other places including electrolysis and traditional laser. I have not seen amazing results. I also think the welcoming atmosphere is a big difference than other clinics I’ve been to before. I’m never kept waiting long for appointments. The rooms are completely sterile and its shows that they take pride in the cleanliness of their studio. They take their consultations seriously and provide information in a compassionate way. I also love their products!

1 /5 Casey Jones: I booked and appointment for a full body spray tan of which I have had so many times over 30 odd years and never have I left a place more orange and uneven as this. The lady was nice who served me but the application of tan was really wrong! I went the medium tan which she said would be a nice medium brown. I have ended up with extremely orange hands with light brown arms, one foot dark and 1 foot light and white lines under both my arms where she missed completely, normally they will get you to put your arms in the air.. this did not happen. I only left the tan on for just over 4 hours lucky I did not leave overnight...like I can usually for a nice colour. I did everything you are supposed to do before you have a tan so I expected it to be like my previous tans at other clinics. I have not been to this clinic before and I hate to say it but I will not be returning. Lucky I always get my tan 1-2 days prior to my event. Beware!!
