1 /5 Trish ung: Worst hair cut. Worst experience. My first time here and it will be the last one too. The hair cut I asked for was different to the photo. She barely glanced at the photo that I asked for. She asked what I thought of it once done, I expressed that it is not the same as the photo. She claims that it is the same as the photo and because the model has longer hair whereas I have shorter hair. I came in with very long hair. I paid the hair cut in full and leaving unhappy. Too much hair was cut off it couldn’t be fixed even if I asked. The last two photo is my hair cut.

1 /5 Michael Farrugia: Feeling absolutely ripped off. $25 for a mans manicure. Was extremely rushed even though there were no patrons waiting. No nail cutting at all no effort to make sure under fingernails are cleaned. Also extremely rushed job but putting on a cuticle treatment that was spread all over fingers missing half the cuticles as it was so rushed. At the very end because I had no cash There was a $2 increase for paying with EFTPOS which is nearly 20%. There was no signage to reflect this and feel this is very overpriced in general for such a poor rushed service. Will never return again this was a bad experience... Would honestly love my money back.

1 /5 Sofiaa Soljah: If i could give no stars i would. I came in with my friend who gets her nails done here. They scammed me $90 for a full set. My friend got different colours on each nail with different gemstones on each nail. I got a set of black French tips and some gemstones also. Not even 24 hours the nail polish is chipping away. She didnt seal the ends nor did she even wipe away all the nail polish from under my nails. I asked why my nails were $90 because my friend was getting hers done with all designs she said its because the nail polish she used on me was different lol. I just paid and left. I never make reviews but today I am my nail polish is chipping I didnt do anything for it too. The application wasnt done right since its good Friday. Ill be calling the store to see when they are open until Tuesday when I come in tell them to take the nails off and give me my refund. You girls already scammed me $90 and my nails are already chipping. I dont think so. I should have walked out without paying but Im not like that. Plus i didnt have my glasses on to actually see my nails perfectly. Dont go here I should have listen to the reviews. Where is the fairness. Will be coming in Tuesday for my refund and to be honest if I dont get these shitty nails off me and my refund ill be contacting the right people to handle this business. Absolute joke.

1 /5 Samah Yeld: $40 for toes and only colour !!!!! Even one star is too much for them . Bad service I told her I want french two times and she didn’t and better she didn’t she might charged me over $60 . Ridiculous service and staff .
