Mara Blakis I have attended Reform Pilates Eltham for over 5 years. I feel so much stronger and healthier by attending the studio twice a week. Lauren and her team are exceptionally knowledgable and are passionate about improving their clients health. Its a beautiful studio, equipped with the latest equipment. Its a very friendly and nurturing environment. I HIGHLY recommend Reform Pilates Eltham!

Gillian Nixon The trainers at You got this fitness are amazing. They are knowledgeable, specific and adaptive. I have been to many gyms and trainer throughout my years as i believe exercise is super important. I am now at a different stage of my life where I need to maintain my strength for work and independence. As well as creating specialized plans for me and any injuries I may have had, they have also offered advise and information on hormones, diet and lifestyle. I have attended YGT now for 6 years and consider Ian and Tani friends. They have been there to support my health goals but have also supported me through life’s challenges. Paige Mccormack I’ve been a long-time member of Revive PT Eltham and no matter where I move, I always find myself coming back. There’s just something so special about this place! I even brought my mum along to start training, and it’s been one of the best decisions we’ve made. The atmosphere is incredibly welcoming, supportive, and completely non-judgemental—something that’s really important when you’re trying to build confidence and stay consistent. The trainers are fantastic, and I have to give a big shout out to Liam for creating such an awesome, inclusive space. Also, a special thanks to Jerri, who has played a huge part in building both my mum’s and my confidence over time. She’s an amazing trainer and always brings such positive energy to every session.

WAYNE COMYN I am a 64 year old male. Still reasonably fit, as I was once a personal trainer. After losing motivation to train myself, I signed up for some personal sessions with Willem. I can only say good things about him as a coach. His sessions are balanced, interesting, enjoyable and tailored to my fitness level. Even though I have found my enthusiasm again and could probably train myself, I will stick with Willem.

Naciye This is actually a really good gym. It’s excellent value for money and it’s got most of the things you get in other gyms (apart from swimming and sauna) but just on a slightly smaller scale. The staff are really friendly and the classes are the best.

Jamille B Instructors are very sweet and knowledgeable! Studio was very clean and fully equipped! Really enjoyed my first class and would recommend this place to any beginner who wants to try out pilates or yoga

loomibiq A great gym with a friendly atmosphere. Has enough equipment to meet my needs. I like how the roller door opens and the fresh air comes in when I’m training. Would never get this in a bigger gym close to the city.

Claire Nimmo Darcy has been my go-to physio for the past couple of years, helping me manage and overcome ongoing back pain. I joined the group physio classes and have never looked back. I feel stronger than ever. The team is incredibly caring, client-focused and always provide the best advice. They constantly adjust and progress the exercises, challenging muscles I didn’t even know I had! I truly love being part of this community – it’s made such a positive difference to both my strength and confidence.

Amy Papamarkou I have been training at Powerhouse for 3 years and absolutely love it! The trainers are fantastic and really take the time to ensure youre getting the most out of your session. Having recently been pregnant, Scott, Chris and Zac were able to tailor sessions to my needs which gave me the confidence to safely train to 37 weeks without any hesitation.
