elouise hicks I came in for the first time via class pass and the service was exceptional. I showed up early for the SOQI bed and the owner was so lovely, he showed me around the whole facility and afterwards let me also experience the gravity float. A very relaxing experience, thank you!

Marlon Lucas Dias de Souza One of the best fitness first. Never crowded, enormous gym floor, amazing variety of machines, fast maintenance of machines, clean gym, only fitness first that I have seen extra stuffs like lift weight belts and back protective belts. Friendly staffs. The only thing that o don’t like is that the gym could have more natural light but I don’t think there is a way to change it.

Kim Sy “Sse” This place is amazing! Since I started spinning here, I’ve completely fallen in love with it. On days when I feel great, I even join double classes one day! The instructors have helped me feel comfortable here. They are all so kind, passionate, and always encourage everyone. I usually take classes with Sophia, Robbie, Dennis, and Eunice, and they always cheer me on and help me push myself. Every class is so fun that time just flies. If I had more free time, I’d probably take even more classes! When I was feeling down and unmotivated, I found Bodhi & Ride, and it helped me overcome my sadness. Now, spinning is such a big part of my life, and I’m not planning to stop anytime soon! Thank you, Bodhi& Ride, for bringing joy into my life!

Dorival Pereira Absolutely the best place to work out! I’ve never felt so comfortable and genuinely happy attending any kind of physical activity. In the past, it often felt bland and impersonal—but with Barry and Raphael, it’s a completely different experience. They create such a welcoming and motivating environment that I make every effort not to miss a single class. They’re truly the best in the industry, and I’ll continue recommending them to everyone I know! We tend to review once we are not happy, but forget to please once the service goes above to what is expected. I love it and I will keep on going!!!! 10stars!

chantal Historical building that houses a quaint 25m pool, spa, sauna, and gym. Wonderful facility in the heart of the city. I received an exceptional customer service experience from Rizo. He explained the membership options clearly and let me have a look around before committing. I appreciated his professional and friendly manner. Upon his advice, I signed up immediately. Laura Jones Move training club is awesome. Ive been going here for about 6 months. Ive been a member of gyms in the past but Ive never felt like Ive got so much out of it before. And its just a great place to be. Everyone is inclusive and friendly and classes are modified to suit all levels of fitness. Hopefully you work or live near by as there isnt a change room. But if you really want to push yourself and get the most out of your training, this is the place :)

Donna Marolla It has become like a second home, and all the members are such beautiful people. We all train hard, and if anyone prefers a smaller gym feel,then this is for you! Highly recommend

Stefanie Louey Play gym has been my first gym experience. From the first HIIT class, Murray has been supportive and motivating. The program is tailored to suit beginner to advanced and the focus is form and fun. The group of people who Murray has fostered over many years as the trainer here are of varied backgrounds and ages, everyone there to encourage each others personal progress. Thanks for welcoming me, I’m not going anywhere!

Lachlan Dent ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Absolutely love this place! I first came to Glowfit for red light therapy and was blown away by how much I enjoyed it, I ended up signing up for a membership that same day. Lana and George are all so incredibly friendly, welcoming and helpful. You can really tell they care about you, your experience and wellbeing. Every visit feels like a warm, positive environment where I can focus on myself and my health goals. What I love most is the flexibility of the services available. Being able to mix and match between red light, infrared saunas, body roll massages, fitness (like treadmills and bikes) and more has allowed me to build routines that truly works for my body. I’ve noticed real, lasting changes and feel so much better for it. Staff have always been polite, informative on the equipment and upfront about how the services work. I’ve always found communication here to be accomodating, respectful and professional. For anyone considering Glowfit give it a go! I’ve felt supported, cared for and seen real benefits. Skin is glowing, waist is slimming, I couldn’t recommend here more highly!
