1 /5 Jenna: Terrible terrible terrible Decided to try Hollywood nails Chirnside park for the first time because I couldnt be bothered driving the extra 20 mins to my usual. Biggest mistake. The quality of my nails is absolutely terrible. I already went back once for them to fix them but even now they are uneven, soooo thick and chipping after one day. Im tempted to go get them removed and get them done properly. Paid $65 for a infill of shellac for this. The pictures speak for themselves. Dont waste your money

1 /5 Nikita Azzopardi: I asked for a refill, refill cost me around $60 which I thought was too much to ask for considering she had done half a job. She had only done half the nail not the tip so I had a big lump in the middle of my nail. Now the shellac is peeling !!! What a waste of time and money. Will not be coming back

1 /5 India Patterson: Sigh, I’m not the type of person to leave a negative review but I pay $50 inner city to have exceptional SNS pedicures done (including SNS removal). Today I received the most rushed, sloppy, lazy pedicure. I even noted that my heels were really dry & the lady working only used the pumice in a very soft and rushed manner. She just put 0 effort in, I’m super unhappy with the result and absolutely staggered by the price. When I questioned the price I was told I’d been charged for ‘the removal of the SNS’ … ummm ok? I’ve literally never paid $70 for an SNS pedicure and I’ve been getting them done for 11 years.

1 /5 Amelia Baines: I’m never the kind to bring down a small business, however my experience at ‘Hollywood Nails’ was nothing short of disgraceful I was absolutely appalled. When asked for a simple light pink I did not expect to be given little to no colour it looks like my nails haven’t even been done. The shape is terrible and lengths are extremely uneven. There was glue stuck all over my fingers and nails had chipped before I even got home. I won’t be returning.

1 /5 Amy Charlie: Worst experience ever !! Wish I had read the reviews before coming here. The lady who I had (Didn’t give me her name but she wore these eye protection goggle) had done my SNS nails and it was the worst experience I have ever gotten. She was very rough and rushed through the whole process even though i came in around 10am with only 2 customers and 3 staff. Few fingers she had filed were very crooked which I had pointed out to her as it didn’t match the almond shape i chosen, she seemed very annoyed and spoke to her co-worker in Viet (obviously talking about me). After she had filed all my nails she asked me to pay before finishing the service which other staff didn’t ask their customers to do, I had paid and told her if she could please file them even as all my nails were very crooked and I wanted them even or atleast in the shape i had asked, she threw the NAIL FILER TO ME !! AND TOLD ME TO DO IT MYSELF AND LEFT ME SITTING THERE AlONE! which made me very upset as a customer who’s paying for a beauty service to be done and having to fix the mistake ourselves is ridiculous. I had asked to speak to the owner and she was then scared to tell me that the owner doesn’t come in so I can’t talk to the owner, I then had to ask if another staff who could help me and she told me to wait for a staff when available. Thankfully the staff next to her came and tried to fix the best she can but she even said it was way too crooked and pointy and she’s done the best she can. After 2 hours of having my nails the quality of the nail was so bad it all started to snap at the tip. Overall i’m very disappointed to have customer service and quality this bad. To the owner of the shop, please start reading all the negative reviews and take the feedback. As customers no one wants to come in and get bad quality beauty service and having an attitude staff ruin our day!
