After my second meniscus surgery, the rehab sessions have really helped me build strength back in my knee and even go beyond where I was before the injury. The facility is great, and the whole team has been supportive every step of the way. Highly recommend if youre recovering from surgery or dealing with an injury. Definitely the place to go if you want real results!

She puts such care into each class and encourages gently, creating a safe and welcoming space. Her guidance has helped me connect my breath with movement, deepening my awareness of how breath shapes my state of mind. Every session ends with a new pranayama practice and a soothing meditation, leaving me feeling balanced in body, mind, and soul. I wholeheartedly recommend Mitha to anyone—no matter your age or experience.

Movement Clinical Myotherapy - VIC

Louise Lloyd is extremely knowledgeable. He has a background in strength and conditioning which helped me understand what I need to focus on with my training to correct imbalances in my body to function at an optimal level again. I am extremely grateful a friend recommended me to Lloyd after visiting several physio’s where I wasn’t getting results and constantly felt rushed. Couldn’t recommend Lloyd enough, he is one of a kind!!

The Performance Hub - VIC

Gerard Lim Never felt better. after a health scare, I had a chat with Max and immediately felt at ease to try a few classes and I am hooked. I usually hate gyms but TPH is quite different. Max, Sam and Lauren are amazing, their approach to coaching is personal but also leaves no space for bullshit, just focussed on your goals. it also helps that the community they have built are the friendliest and most welcoming bunch. I have missed a few sessions now being overseas, but I cant wait to be back.

Fitness Room - Group Training and 24/7 Gym - VIC

Jacinta Williams Fitness Room is a great place to workout Stefan, Marcus & their team not only make training fun but they really know their stuff. I’ve been in gyms for over 30 years & I’ve learnt more around technique in the last 6 months at Fitness Room than at all the other gyms put together. Great gym for people of all ages & fitness levels!!
