5 /5 Hayden McLachlan: A spacious park located opposite the secondary college. There are two open fields, tennis courts, with a public rebound wall, a playground, a golf practice cage, plenty of picnic tables and public BBQs, drinking taps and public toilets too. Dog friendly and shady areas for sunny days.

Adam G This is a great local park with lots of established trees and lawns, and lots of shaded areas and many facilities including rotundas, BBQs, water fountain, clean toilets and litter bins. Theres also a kids playground, although small, its pretty good and quite entertaining for the little ones. Its a great park to let your pooch out for a run.

John Locke A peaceful and relaxing park with a beautiful lake, tall trees, BBQ facilities and a playground. Nice for families, children and dogs. Enjoy watching the ducks and birds in the pond but don’t feed them. There are public toilets.
donna maree Packer Park is a brilliant all-rounder park in a bushy setting. Loads of dog off leash and walking, sports and play options. Frog Hollow playground is an awesome place to have kids connect with nature. Theres a cricket oval with clubrooms, a boule area in the far corner and a velodrome for cyclists keen to improve their Strava time.
Kerbray Beautiful gardens with water features and a cross amongst the reeds in the lake. Two childrens play areas, both with a good array of equipment and features. Great for picnics and taking the dog for a walk on leash. Plenty of shaded areas and a few benches within the park. Toilet facilities are located near one of the playground areas, and its definitely one of the better parks in the area.
Sam Keir There today for 10k charity walk. Bizarrely dont think Id ever really walked around this park, just driven past it multiple times. Anyway lots of beautiful greenery like all Melbourne parks have and the obligatory public art.
Sam Keir This park made me feel as though I was in the country! So much open space, (OK sporting ovals) and near the kids playarea (yes no self respecting park is without one) is a water fountain that was obviously installed by the parks founders what with the bluestone slabs etc, so old timey - fantastic. Lots of magnificent trees and other greenery, beautiful.
michelle potts The staff do an amazing job, very well informed and very welcoming. This was a real eye opener, I will definitely be going back to see any new exhibitions
