M Design Nails - Balaclava (VIC)

1 /5 Sasha Rusanov: Got a French tip acrylic set with only 2 stars painted on, just 2 fingers in total had small nail art. I got charged $95 for a really rushed job with wonky French tips. I’ve been going there for a while now and have loved them but now I’m upset because I have never paid that much for nails there. I had the exact same set done about 2 months ago and paid $80. Feeling really let down :( really wish they’d give me a refund or at least some money back.

1 /5 Citra Kurniasih: Greedy and disrespectful behaviour is not acceptable. First issue was the worker scratched my skin when peeling it off (bleeding skin picture attached). I thought that was just small accident hence I didnt complain cause they gave me first aid to stop the blood. Then unbelievable situation was The workers served next customer before they completely done my pedicure, even worse They even asked me to change the pedicure dryer position (right toes to left one) by myself on last finishing process, of course I didnt do it cause its their responsibility. I never experienced this unprofessional service. Is this the way this place serve customers? They didnt even inisiate to provide best service after hurting me, on the contrary they treated me so bad.

2 /5 Jessica Batzmarowsky: lovely staff however my nails are ruined. one of the ladies buffed down my natural nails almost down to the skin and no matter how many times I told her it was hurting, she kept going. My nails are now very sore and one was bleeding.

5 /5 Tony Ho: I have been here for a long time. I often get my manicures and pedicures here. The staff is very nice and polite. They take good care of me. They talk politely. Im very happy here.My toenails were done very carefully here.
