Mysa Salon - Frankston (VIC)

Gemma Ferdinands I took my 8 y/o daughter to Essential Beauty in Frankston today, where we had a really wonderful experience. We had previously attempted to get her ears pierced at a different salon, which was unsuccessful due to my daughters severe anxiety. Today, Molly was so calming, patient and reassuring with her. She spent a lot of time talking to her about everything she was doing and did everything she could to make my daughter comfortable. We had a successful session and left with 2 pierced ears and a very happy and proud girl. Thank you for your great service.

Simone Dotsen Got my haircut here and it was the best haircut I’ve had. I have very fine hair and most hairdressers who charge 4 times the price always leave me disappointed, but she did exactly what I asked for quickly and for cheap. Very happy and will be back for another cut.

Elaine Jones I had a lovely technician Tara . Was very gentle, made sure the wax wasnt to hot and did a great job. She helped me out with some products for my in-grown hairs . Tara was very understanding that Im a busy Mum with 3 boys and said I was more than welcome to bring my baby in with me. Made feel like its okay to do something for myself

The atmosphere was warm and wellcome, everyone was professional and clearly passionate about their work. I cant wait for my next visit. Highly recommend!
