She advised me she had limited time as she was fully booked as her service is always of a high standard. I appreciate her direct approach and professionalism. 1 /5 Ramanjeet Kaur: Worst therapeutic and customer service experience I’ve had in my life. I came in for my first session in January and the laser settings were turned down so low that I had hair regrowth in under a week as well as large patches that were not treated at all, I thought this would be a one off issue as I was new to the clinic and they wanted to be on the safer side. Second session in and they refused to increase the settings but instead wanted to lower them more citing the hot weather that day; knowing lower settings do nothing for my skin… and that these treatments are not cheap I refused to be treated that day knowing I was wasting $300 yet ahain on a glorified shave. At this session I asked for a full refund of my remaining sessions so I could return to my original laser clinic where they were comfortable treating my skin with the care it needed, I was asked to come in another day that week to receive the refund where they sat me down and REFUSED to refund me… after making me leave work early to attend this “consultation” I escalated this to consumer affairs after which they agreed to refund me asking me to come into the clinic AGAIN between Sunday to Thursday. After adjusting my work hours yet ahain to be able to attend they were not able to process my refund because no managers were working. I am sick of being chased around in circles and making sacrifices multiple times to be able to go into the clinic just to be sat down for half an hour, have my time wasted and not get my money back. I’m genuinley considering my legal options if a refund is not processed by the end of this week. Pathetic excuse of a clinic.

1 /5 Harjit Virk: I was 4 mins late for my appointment and as I walked in, I saw kirstina sitting at the front desk doing nothing. There were no customers at the clinic when I walked in and so I went up to her and told her I’m here for my 10am neck and sideburns appointment. I got refused service because I was late and there was a customer at 10:10am. I pleaded her that it will not take more than five mins since it’s only a small amount of area. She straight up said “no it takes 10-15mins”. I am extremely dissatisfied. Whenever I come in for my appointment I always have to wait 10-15 minutes which is not fair. Very very bad service. Extremely disappointed since I always come here

5 /5 Ifrah Waqar: I just finished my 10th appointment at the laser clinic.. Have to say that I had a great experience mainly thanks to the awesome Charisse! She was incredibly nice, friendly, and professional, making sure I felt comfortable throughout the process. Her excellent service truly made a difference. Highly recommend! P.S.
