Luke Lynam Decent poles, visible from close up or slightly further away. Chin ups very difficult, not sure if this is a design issue with the poles?? Would suggest shoes, best on fine day or if slight wind.

Helen Richards At 86 years old, I am proud to be the eldest member at Curves. I truly enjoy the welcoming atmosphere and the 30-second workouts on each machine, which target both upper and lower muscles for a complete full-body workout. The staff at Curves are always incredibly friendly, supportive, and motivating.

Monica M After trying different local gyms and fitness studios, I can definitely say that Fitstop is one of the best in the area. It’s a very welcoming gym with very friendly and encouraging trainers and members, which is really motivating and comforting for newbies. The trainers are so attentive and really helpful with technique and adjustments to suit my fitness level and are always super supportive to my individual needs. The classes are really well structured and easy to follow which is reassuring for someone like me who doesn’t have a lot of gym experience. Terri and Heath have created a really positive and fun environment and Fitstop is now my preference over my other fitness classes. I’d highly recommend to others looking at joining.

Luke Bj S Really well equipped facilities. Great atmosphere with friendly staff and members. I go most days on my way home from work, train at the "peak" time for gyms and have no issues getting equipment i need. Highly recommend this gym to anyone.

Joy Mark is organised, friendly, and experienced, and always keeps me on track. His private home gym is separate from the house, professional, and well equipped. What I love most is being able to book sessions online — as a busy mum, it’s so handy to check his availability and slot in an extra workout when I get a spare day, on top of my regular sessions. Highly recommend!

Dan Nice and luxury , very clean with all facilities and good quality coffee , the only thing needs to improve is the parking on gravel which is very messy on a wet day , Im sure they will fix it soon .
