5 /5 Helen Pearce: I joined PhysioTrain early this year for pilates, and I really look forward to coming each week. My strength particularly in my legs has really improved, also I am building up muscle in my shoulders, they were my priority to start with, but Vanessa has been fantastic introducing me to many different exercises , resulting in my whole body feeling stronger and firmer. I come away feeling really good to start the day. Today I my lower back was sore, Vanessa focused on the problem with different methods, and I came away feeling better. The atmosphere is friendly , great equipment, and every week I do something different, I will never be bored, the staff are very professional and caring. Regards Helen Pearce
