I was a regular pre-Covid and I’m so glad I started attending regularly again this year. The trainers are lovely and knowledgeable- I appreciate Frank’s low-key friendly vibe at my early morning sessions as I don’t want any over-the-top loud rep-counting encouragement at that hour! After a few months attending regularly, I realised how much progress I have made when moving a large, heavy piece of board with my husband recently and I could manage easily, feeling my core and arms working without having to think about it. Every day life is just easier when you’re stronger - thanks Frank!

5th Element Wellness Gym - VIC

Aroha Harawira I joined 5ew just over a year ago and it’s the best decision I’ve made. I was struggling with a hip injury and despite previously being pretty motivated to train prior to the injury, I was scared to go back to my old way of training only to have to spend another year recovery. The team at 5EW developed me a personal plan to help me regain my strength whilst working around my injury. The addition of yoga classes and saunas has helped me to regain my health. And even during lockdown my PT kept me on track with online PT sessions. A really great team, amazing facilities and I love that their focus is about health, not solely aesthetics.

neera Patel I started at the studio 6 weeks postpartum and have been going 2/3 times a week. In just four weeks I’ve seen huge improvements. Janelle and the whole team are amazing, so supportive, and really understand postpartum needs. They modify exercises when needed, which has been incredibly helpful for my recovery. I already feel so much stronger and can see such a big difference. On top of all that, the classes are genuinely fun and the trainers make every session enjoyable. Highly recommend!
