I understand that you were not completely satisfied with the service you received, and I would like to offer my sincere apologies. That day, my colleague was away on vacation, so I had to manage everything on my own. Regarding your hair, because your natural hair texture is slightly wavy with some strands curving in and others out, it might have given the impression that the cut was uneven.
