4 /5 Kathie Thomas: Beautiful woodlands but dogs are not allowed in some areas and visitors do need to be aware of that. There are signs. Gorgeous area to walk around, beautiful birdlife to enjoy.

5 /5 The Melbie: Tranquil bushland where the Dandenong creek cuts a deep gully meandering through. Trail can be done as an extension ofJells Park or from Nortons Park which has car parking. Walking trails in here are flat but winds upwards along the creek toward High St Rd. Not too sure if dogs on leash are allowed. You do not hear the noise of traffic but of shrieking cockatoos & other birdlife. Theres a frog habitat along the baseball park. Access via Jells Park, Nortons Park or via Dandenong Creek trail at High St Rd. Part of trail is closed due to damage & is cordoned off but ppl seem to ignore this. You can still do a circuit walk & bypass the closure which is what we did.

5 /5 Laura A: Love it here. Nice, easy walk for kids with lots to look at. Great for kids and dogs on lead (in most parts). Joins up with off - lead dog park (Nortons park). This was after a lot of rain - couldnt get through on one path. Shaded and lots of birds to watch and hear.

Tally Pun It was a nice experience gold planning. To see a little gold bits shining ✨ under the sun. You also can get a little jar to store your gold bit. Take a lot patient as well, but fun! They have facility for all ages. They have magic show times, demonstrations, performance etc.

Central Deborah Gold Mine - VIC

Laura Hook We did the underground mine tour, with Graham, it was great!! He gave us lots of really good info but it was still fun. It was so surprisingly wheelchair accessible! They really had thought of everything we felt really comfortable with everything. All the staff were actually really friendly and helpful, and a good shop!

Lesleigh White We loved exploring Forest Creek Gold Diggings in Castlemaine. Toilets and panic tables are available. There also seats spread around the walking trail. Easy walk.

Ron Andrews Park - VIC

Peter J. Coburn My grandson loves this park and the play area. The new swings are an absolute joy to him. The little squeals of delight and the call, “Higher Grandpa!” cements heartwarming memories for me.
