1 /5 Charee Warwick: PLEASE do not go here for Henna eyebrows! I got henna done for my eyebrows here, after it was recommended to me by the lady there as the best option to style my eyebrows. I told her I didn’t want them to be dark and she assured me that they would be the same as my hair colour. When I got back to my car I looked in the mirror and saw they were black!! It also just looks like I have two sets of eyebrows, you can clearly see my actual eyebrows and the outline. I feel like my 5 year old has just coloured in my eyebrows with a black texta. I went back and told her that I didn’t want them dark and asked if she could make them lighter, she said she could. However, after just wiping them a little bit they looked exactly the same. I told the lady that I wasn’t happy with them and that I wanted a refund, as this wasn’t what I wanted. She gave me $20 back, though I paid $50! I’ve now come home and trying everything to get the henna off. So disappointed that I’ve paid for something that I’m trying to now scrub off!

1 /5 Dianne Claire D. Macadaeg: I came here for my first eyelash extension weeks ago, the staff’s first question was how am i going to pay. When she started the procedure, there was no disposable soft eyelash extension pad, instead she used a plastic film which irritated my eyes so much that I kept blinking the whole time. She did a good job on my right eyelashes, but I can hear people coming for another service and she kept leaving me to attend to them, I felt not getting the quality service and my left eyelashes was badly made, most of the lashes are not properly attached as I checked home. She asked me to pay thru PayID then, not sure if it is always like this.

5 /5 Joy: Service: Threading eyebrows - $15 Wow! First time visiting this place and I had the wonderful service of Simran who took the time and care with my brows. I dont have a regular place I go to since I have a baby and its always last minute popping into a salon when I can, but I am so glad I found this place. Simran was lovely, patient and made sure that my brows were to my satisfaction. Most places I have been to just do a quick thread in like 2min and done without asking if Im satisfied. Thank you so much. Ill be back.
