5 /5 Kimmy B: For the second time I requested a gift voucher for spa treatments here as a gift and for the second time I had a wonderful experience. Zoe was professional and lovely throughout my three treatments, making sure I was comfortable and relaxed. I smudged my toe polish when I was leaving and Zoe insisted on fixing it up for me before I left even though it was all my fault! My skin is feeling amazing and I didn’t experience any sensitivity or redness after my treatment which I was so happy about! Thank you Zoe for a fantastic spa experience!

3 /5 Sara Flottl: I’m only reviewing the pedicure experience as that’s all I’ve had done here. My treatment was: Foot Bliss Pedicure ($75.00) Shellac Polish Add on ($15.00) Mask Add on ($10.00) Total spend $100 and treatment was 1 hour & 20 min. Excellent and extensive colour range in shellac. Staff super friendly and kind. Unfortunately the pedicure area wasn’t very luxurious. The seats were uncomfortable. Almost like sitting on a train seat. By the end of the treatment I had a sore bottom. And the “basin” where your feet sit in the water was a bit “meh”. No bubbles in there, or mini spa jets to get that hot soak feeling. Perhaps I had unrealistic expectations of the treatment itself before hand, I’m not sure. But I was underwhelmed. Everything was fine but I expected perhaps a more luxurious experience. To be bluntly honest I’ve had better pedicures at the cheaper nail salons over at Greensborough plaza which cost less than what I paid at total bliss. My toenails weren’t cut straight and I have 2 that are cut at an angle which looks a little odd now. The shellac curing light doesn’t rest on the foot rest so the poor lady was trying to balance the curing light at same time as paint the other foot’s toenails. It just wasn’t a relaxing experience. The massage part of the pedi was good, but wasn’t really long enough. The extra $10 for the foot mask wasn’t really worth it for me. Overall, the employees were super lovely, so I feel a little guilty for the 3 star rating. But from a pedi perspective I would recommend spending less money and still getting a more luxurious experience across the road at any of the nail salons at Greensborough plaza. I will be back to total bliss though for my next facial or skin treatment as I’m sure that will be amazing. Xx

5 /5 Toni Slater: The best facial I’ve ever had . I try around a few different places but always end up back here . The signature facial is unreal . I travel 30 mins just to come here . Staff are incredible and the massage that’s included tops it off. So many places I’ve been to a they leave and walk out of room when your mask is on or the steam. Not here , stay with you the whole time , no talking and it’s just pure relaxation.
