Laura Craig Where do I start, Elaine is such a talented therapist, her knowledge is amazing and she has healing hands. Ive been to many beauty therapists in the past and Elaine is hands down the best in her field. She is very caring and I always walk out after a treatment feeling so calm and Zen. She spends the time getting to know you and what your skin needs and I have seen great results with the facials and skincare products she recommends. Also she does the most amazing reflexology, highly recommend if you are feeling run down or stressed, you will leave feeling great. Cant wait until my next visit.

Nails: Not too thick, always straight, Anna doesnt over shave your real nails but most importantly, she is consistent. Although the salon was very busy, I didnt feel rushed. Anna took her time and did a fantastic job. Studio 15 is far from where I live but definitely worth the travel

Janna Bennett Lucy is a gem! Ive gone to The Glow Factory for various treatments (needling, peels, lash lift/tints) and Im sure many more to come. I find Lucy to always be present with me during a treatment and authentic in her approach. Lucy is very knowledgeable and open with the many questions I pick her brain with.
