She is very patient, talented, friendly and very organised. Kateryna takes a lot of pride in her work and will strive for perfection every time. Kateryna is great at communicating and isnt afraid to try the new trends. She always helps when I cannot decide on a colour (which is almost everytime!) and is always accommodating to my requests. M Man Ive been seeing kateryna for 3 years now. On arrival its always clean and I have a colour in mind and kateryna gives suggestions and we get going on experimenting with colours and nail art. There is nothing she cant do. My nails are healthy, non toxic smell and I always get comments about my nails. Nails last me around 6 weeks. Highly recommend Biosculpture nails and kateryna keep up the amazing work you do. Thank you!!!

Jamehah Abdulazeez first time coming and i am in love!!! will definitely be coming back. look at how sharp the french is!!! i am very happy, my nail tech was very precise and showed me options of what my nails would look like when i was unsure. for example, i wasn’t sure which pink to use and she put two on my nails for me to choose from, and also when i wasn’t sure of what glitter to put she showed me options ON my nails. loved it!

Jennine Tocher I visited on Saturday off long weekend, 25/01/25. It was reasonably busy, with 4 staff plus the owner working. They were rushing and my skin was broken in several places by the electric file and the enery boards. I have an infection in my index finger on left hand as a result. Too busy and not enough care taken.

JN Not sure if the technician was inexperienced but this is how my nails looked at the end of my appointment. Manicure with shellac Ended up with a cut on my middle finger which took a long time to heal. They offered free removal of the shellac after I expressed my disappointment and explained that my fingers were hurting after the manicure (this has not happened before in the 10+ years of getting manicures). No acknowledgement of the terrible work done by the salon.

Chrissy Nìklaus Decent size nail salon, been here with my young daughter over 3x because it’s closer to my house. The pedicure lady (forgot her name) is always lovely and attentive. Nice colours and the technician knows and understands what you want. Just need to be more patient with young girls wanting to experience shellac. They do eyelashes extensions and waxing too which is also good.

Kulvinder Kaur Terrible eyelash extensions service. Half the eyelashes fell after the first week of getting them done. Started experiencing red, puffy, dry eyes, it has now been 2 months since i got them professionally removed but the redness and itchiness is still present. Please do not get your eyelash extensions done here, this is the worst experience i have ever had. This has made me not want to get eyelash extensions done ever again.

Samantha Smith Just had a really bad experience at this store which has left me and my daughter shaken up. Went to have 2 repairs done, one each. Not colour matched at all on both, particularly, my daughter. We felt uncomfortable whilst there, like we were being talked about. Her technician kept kicking and banging her knees under the table. Another one rammed her chair into her knees, both laughed. Was told it would cost $20.00, which upset my daughter greatly as our breaks occured within days of getting them done. Was told, unless we come in, within the week, we would be charged $10.00 for each nail repair. I said o.k., we will do that next time. Fee was waved, however, when we were leaving, my daughters technician was pointing at her with the other technicians and someone said loud enough, dont come back. Not used to this behaviour, it was like a pack of nasty hyenas. Very upsetting as we were looking forward to this being our new nail place after having a bad experience elsewhere. We are regular customers of acrylics and pedicures but will never return to this store.

Marianthi Kafamanis Hello, my teenage daughter came to your Werribee store and got her nails and toes with gels on 10 January. After not even one day one nail fell off her hand and she went the next day to your store and explained she was in the day before and they said she had to pay for it to be put back on. Within 7 days 5 nails have already fallen out on her hand and another two have fallen off on her toes, so 7 nails fell off within a week. We paid a total of $125 for both hand and feet service. I have emailed your company about this last week and have yet to receive a response. Very unprofessional and would not use your service or recommend it again.

Annie B Awful experience. The nail technician was rude and gave curt replies, despite my being polite throughout. She seemed extremely disinterested and rushed through the procedure. When one of my nails started bleeding, she didn’t even acknowledge it, let alone apologise. I considered giving 1 star but didn’t, as the other staff seemed more polite and professional.

Rebecca Wolski I went there as I got a voucher for Christmas $45 I got a refill and cost me $50. The set I got was all yellow and almond which was already the shape. I had to fix them myself the nails were similar in length she didn’t size or file them down or ask if I wanted them shorter. It felt rushed and my nails were so uneven in not only length but the product wasn’t evened out on my nail so it looked clumpy. I wasn’t going to write a review until today when it’s not even been 24hrs since getting them done and my nail colour came off and just so easily peeled off my nail.

Ekam Dhami The worst experience I have ever had, the nail technician was so rude. I was being told that the charges are $45 and I confirmed every thing before sitting and when they start their services, they just exceed their price that this is $65. So I pay that, the nail technician was so rude and she wasn’t even paying attention to the details of the nails. I asked her to change the shape of my nail and she was like no it’s fine, my nails are so uneven and so thick. It feels so heavy on my nails. Worst experience.

Daman Preet Worst nail experience i ever had. Charged me $75 and had no cleanliness. I asked for cat eye nails but it came out to be the normal ones. And charged me alot. Won’t recommend to anyone.

Carolyn I got a manicure and polish done by one of the ladies here. She didnt let the 1st coat of polish dry before putting on the second coat. So as soon as I walked out and my nails happened to brush against anything, the polish would dent or just slide off. Very poor, no attention to detail and wasted my $25 dollars. Would not recommend. Also the "hand massage" was laughable.. might as well have not even bothered with it. She "massaged" my hands for no longer than 2mins.
