5 /5 Liam R: After reading some of the reviews, I was a bit hesitant to check out the store, but I tried them out anyway and had a great experience recently. They held the item I found on their ebay for the day, and so I came to the store that afternoon. The team had the item for me and gave a decent price. The staff were fairly chill, were not pushy and they let me inspect the item until I was happy to go ahead with the purchase. Would recommend others to give them a chance too, they’re genuinely good.

2 /5 Ash: Unfortunately, my experience with this second-hand shop has been less than satisfactory, and I cant help but agree with the negative Google reviews that Ive come across. Firstly, there is a lady who works in the shop, and while she is friendly, her greeting and overall customer service leave much to be desired. Its crucial to make customers feel valued and appreciated, and this aspect was clearly lacking. During my visit, I inquired about an item listed on their eBay page. However, to my disappointment, I was told that the item had already been sold, even though the eBay ad was still active. This inconsistency was frustrating. In an attempt to make a purchase, I opted to pay with cash by the manager. However, when I returned with the cash, I found the shop closed. My determination led me back to the shop the following weekend (on Saturday around 2pm), only to find it closed again, and their Google page had not been updated to reflect the closure. Its essential for businesses to keep their customers informed about any changes to their operating hours. On my next visit, to my surprise, they had raised the price of the item, which felt unfair and dishonest. Overall, my interactions with this shop have left me with the impression that its not a trustworthy place to do business. The inconsistencies in pricing, operating hours, and customer service make it hard to recommend. For a more reliable and customer-focused experience, I would suggest walking just 50 meters to check out the Cash Converters store, where you can truly understand what customer service should mean. I hope my review helps others make informed decisions about their shopping experiences.

1 /5 Katja Mouvlin: Absolutely shocking place. Last time I was there I swore I would never return, today I wish Id listened! At my last visit I was told the price for an item which I agreed to. The store is cash only so I popped over the road to the ATM. On my return I was told the item was actually several hundreds more. They also didnt give me back my ID which led to an extra trip. Colossal waste of time and I was left fuming. I went back today cautiously hoping the experience would be different, but unfortunately not. I was treated like an absolute criminal, the whole thing was a completely bizarre experience. Some great stuff but prices were high, and customer service is...non-existent. I can see why the shop is so full as they surely cant shift stock with their attitudes. Im an easy-going person who doesnt expect silver platter service, but this was too much for me. Ill not be back.
