Josephine Esposito Susan (store manager) single-handedly saved our wedding. After a horrible experience at highpoint, my fiancé and I needed a miracle. Helping us exchange a wedding band 1 month out from our wedding (due to a sizing issue with our “special order” ring), Susan was incredibly helpful and reassuring, she patiently listened to our experience and found us an even better alternative. She went above and beyond and Anwar and I are so very grateful! Susan, we cannot thank you enough! All the bad vibes have now been replaced with your sweet energy!

Lullabye Behrendt I had the best experience with Evita today, I was hoping to have a sentimental necklace repaired in person as the clasp had broken, after being told by every jeweller they could either send it away or were unable to help I felt extremely defeated. Cue me asking the lovely young woman with dark brown hair behind the counter if they were able to help, she immediately jumped up, offered to charge my phone whilst I waited and in less than 2minutes my chain was sparkly and looking brand new. She did all of this free of charge with a bright smile on her face, I am extremely impressed by the customer service and will definitely be back for any future repairs and gifts

Michael is an absolute legend, he will look after you and serve you with respect and a smile. Andy is also great to work with, as is the rest of the crew! The only place I go for watches, you won’t be disappointed.

William Sundaram The staff at this store have amazing customer service and are really nice. I click and collected something in the morning but when I got there it hadn’t arrived yet. Despite that the staff still did what they could to help me get the product and I’m really thankful of that.
