5 /5 Cheney D: Rose and Dale at Unique Diamonds are absolute gems. My fiancé and I walked in without an appointment on a Saturday and they made time to see us despite being fully booked that day. We had my grandmothers heirloom engagement ring that we wanted to change the band on, but keep the basket setting. They explained the process, price (super reasonable!!) and were super kind to us. We dropped the ring off on a Tuesday and by Friday it was ready for us to pick up. The ring looks brand new after its clean and polish, and we couldn’t be happier with the final result. And it fits perfectly!!! We are so happy with our experience at UD and we now have a beautiful piece to pass on for generations to come. My parents are chuffed that we have brought their keepsake back to life in such a classy fashion. Thanks so much ladies!

My engagement ring is also from there, so it felt extra special to return for our wedding bands and complete the set. Rose was our main point of contact and she was wonderful - so friendly, helpful, and patient. We had to bring our toddler along to a couple of the appointments, and the team went above and beyond helping keep him entertained while we made our selections. I am so glad I went to a decent jeweller whom was recommended to us from my wife’s brothers son Josh. I was so happy I had number of items resized as well which are extremely valuable from my mother.
