The volcano hot pot looked scifi and tasted explosive. The snacks? Dangerously addictive. Its the perfect gem for parties, dinners with friends, or living out your romantic lead fantasies.

1 /5 Tina P: The Korean fried chicken was good while the dessert was just okay. However, service was dreadful as we walked in to dirty tables and no one serving us. The girl with the red hair looked at us when we walked in but didnt greet us or asked to seat us. No menus were given to us, we saw on the table there were QR codes so we just scanned and self ordered. I wasnt sure if i had to pay before the food came or after. I asked the girl with the red hair and she also said she doesnt know and was more interested in entertaining the group of teenagers who were outside the playground of the store. THAN THE ACTUAL PAYING CUSTOMERS IN THE STORE. So i guess we both dont know how to pay. At this point we might as well go into the kitchen and serve ourself and clean the tables ourself. Later on front of the house staff were even eating fried chicken with their hands while customers were waiting as you can see in the video. Whilst we waited for some sort of water to be offered. Some of the staff were just walking around talking to random people outside while we were waiting on service. I saw a family of 4 waiting at least 15 mins at the door until a man from the kitchen came and cleared the tables and serviced the family. Severe lack of professionalism!!! Props to the lady with the bob making drinks and dessert and the man from the kitchen who came to serve us and offered us some water.

5 /5 Siena Castricum: Blown away by the customer service myself and my friends received today. The cafe owner was so inviting, and took the time to enthusiastically explain their unique menu while seating us as well as generously offering us a free iced coffee when we couldn’t make up our mind on what drink to order. It’s very clear that the staff here have a passion for customer service and creating a warm and welcoming environment. The coffee and Hong Kong style milk tea was delicious — I also highly recommend their custard buns as they were very fresh and not too sweet. Thank you for such a friendly and enjoyable experience!
