Alicia Taylor Had a great tasting and the best time with the nicest, unpretentious, most authentic husband and wife team that arent afraid to try things like red bubbles with 100% merlot, chardonney beer and a great cider. Sourdough also something to be remembered that we made as french toast with real flavour the next day.

Brett Murphy We stayed in one of the beautiful lodges for accommodation near a family wedding. The reception staff were incredibly kind, the location simply stunning and the Lodge itself was amazing. Modern but with loads of country charm and equipped with everything needed for a family self-catering holiday! My only regret is that we couldnt stay longer. Highly recommended.

Tom Van Der Zee Go to Singapore noodles large special fried rice and sweet-and-sour pork and special fried rice is excellent. Could use a little bit more pork but I’ll give it a a good review cause it’s nice and hard. Quick service was ready to go when I was there. Great.

Richard Lawes Stunning winery up in the hills out the back of the Dandenongs. For a couple of wine wimps they accommodated with a sauvignon blanc. Gluten free and dairy free they accommodated with a lovely beetroot salad and wood fired margherita pizza. The view is worth it, the wine and food adds to it and the caring attentive service rounds it squarely at a 5 star experience.

kota ford highly recommend Frankies for their amazing hotdogs and thickshakes. the service was a 10 out of 10 and their food quality is amazing. definitely a good stop for something to snack on or for a meal.

MW Had such a lovely experience at The Sprig. I ordered the bream and raspberry crème brûlée — and honestly, the crème brûlée is the best I’ve ever had. Perfectly balanced, not overly sweet, and beautifully done. The staff were also really friendly and welcoming, which made the whole evening even better. Will definitely be back!

jon dewey This place was a prize. I felt like we won the lottery and lived here. Paula and her team made us feel so welcome and comfortable. I had the duck, my bride had the salmon. It was awesome. So good. Get a reservation and go. It’s part of the Bracken Hide hotel.

Joan Brown My husband and I and our adult daughter spent two nights at the Dunvegan. The first night included their wonderful Fire Experience dinner. It was fabulous. Each of our rooms (very well-priced) faced the sea and the rooms were spacious and comfortable. The attached bath was small but functional. Although some others have not appreciated the breakfasts, we thought they were wonderful. The homemade granola was the best I’ve ever tasted, and there were meats and cheeses, and all other sorts of breakfast items. In addition to our wonderful stay, there was some question when we returned about charges that were fully investigated and supported by the staff at the hotel. They provided excellent customer service and we were very pleased with the result. I can fully and highly recommend this establishment for both accommodations and food.

no ne This review is for the restaurant only. The five course tasting menu was exquisite. Each dish felt like there were little Scottish treasures hidden in each one. Every course was a wonderful surprise. You will NOT leave hungry so skip lunch on the day of your reservation.
