1 /5 meng jessica: Really disappointed with the service today. I ordered a banana bread and waited at the pickup point the whole time without leaving the store. The staff told me they had already called my order, but the thing is they didn’t even know my name, so I’m not sure how they could have called it. What made it worse was the attitude. The staff member was very dismissive and didn’t seem to care at all when I explained that I had been waiting there the whole time. I understand places can get busy, especially on campus, but that shouldn’t be an excuse for being rude or not caring about customers. Service like this really makes people lose trust.

5 /5 Hiyori Nhật Minh: 7.9 for an iced matcha and 7.8 for an iced latte is quite a high price when compared to other coffee shops. The iced drink comes in only one size, and the cup is tiny. Despite that, the latte and matcha taste good. I drink every day at school.

5 /5 wenwen z: I would like to express my deepest gratitude to the staff of the schools coffee shop. You are truly kind and friendly. Today, I accompanied my friend to buy coffee and sandwiches. Due to my course assignments, I wasnt in a good mood. During the waiting period, my expression was probably always frowning and I wasnt very happy. After giving the food to my friend, the clerk gave me a small dessert. I was very surprised and said, "Only one product." The clerk said he thought I wasnt very happy and hoped a smile would appear on my face. He then pointed at him face with his finger and said, "Please smile." Thank you for making my bad day a little better. I was so shocked that I forgot to say thank you. So Im writing this to comment and hope this clerk can also be happy every day in the future.

3 /5 cyw/-: Although this place serves great matcha, their customer service needs improvements. During my recent visit, the male cashier not only misunderstood my order but he insisted on preparing a new drink despite my multiple request. He attributed his mistake to the loud environment and does not seem to be apologetic at all. Staff should learn how to treat customers nicely.

2 /5 torii: small place that could be cute, but they burnt the coffee grounds so the coffee was poor quality - sad start to my day :(
