5 /5 Fakename Ellie “EllieUnderground”: Ghost Burgers and Grill feels apt as a third location for my third first table location. Local, inexpensive, friendly, and offering the staples of any given burger joint, made to the specifications that you *want*
Reliability of results that meet or exceed expectation is the name of the game. And Ghost Burgers is right in that lane.
Therefore it must be the case that the atmosphere is much more important than the food, given that it will be, essentially, exactly as expected in a positive way. The philly cheesesteak was dense, filling, and fresh, all qualities that are particularly enjoyable of said regional sandwich, interesting choices of cheese and bread aside.
A pleasant surprise is found in the exceptional crisp of the humble onion ring. If Im in a burger joint, I want a fried side of some kind, onion rings being my preference, and the consistency was incredibly pleasing to my specific taste.
L, with whom I dined, had an original, an aptly named burger, given its straightforward construction, and reliable execution.
If theres a standout element at Ghost Burgers and Grill, its service. Having used first table twice prior, I was not expecting Sienna, the friendly and charmingly spoken staff member who served myself and L, to give a concise and well-presented rundown of the usage of First Table itself, the limitations, and the best use of the service at this store in particular. I was also pleasantly surprised to be checked in with on occasion as to the quality of my time, something that might seem out of place in a burger joint, but felt genuinely warm and pleasant.
Im local to Ghost Burgers and Grill, so its possible that Ill write of them again, but likely Ill simply continue to dine in peace, and will return, hopeful of the same service (preferably the same service staff specifically), and food quality.
Thanks Ghost Burgers!
