1 /5 rijen S: Purchase namkeen box and the taste was bitter. Went back to let them know and was told the taste was okay for them, when even their own staff stated it tasted a bit bitter in Hindi, which they assumed I didnt understand. Very disappointing.

1 /5 Muskan Sharma: We got Gulab Jamun today for Diwali . With the price of fresh gulab jamun looks like they are selling frozen ones. We offered these to our guests and we were really embarrassed. Really disappointed.

1 /5 S S Sidhu: I have been a customer of Gobind Sweets for the last 7-8 years and have always admired their customer service and food. I have even recommended it to my family and friends. However, they have let me down today regarding food quality and customer service. I ordered 9 bread pakoras at first and then 6 more shortly after. I spoke to a girl named Harman about the quality and taste of the bread pakoras. Unfortunately, they were burnt and had a black appearance and the taste was off. Harman told me that she had checked with the kitchen team and they advised that the pakoras were fresh. She asked me to send her some pics and then she would call me back after discussing the issue. I sent her pictures of the 3 pakoras I had left, but she never called me back. I ended up throwing the remaining pakoras in the bin. When my relatives came over today, they laughed and asked me where I got the bread pakoras from. It was embarrassing to hear their comments. It felt as though the restaurant had reused old bread pakoras and simply reheated them. I had never expected this from them. I have attached the pics for your ref.

5 /5 kavita b: I had a wonderful experience at Gobind sweet craigieburn. The food was fresh, delicious, and beautifully prepared. What really stood out was the customer service—staff were welcoming, attentive, and made sure everything was good. I personally like their aloo tikki chutney and amritshari kulchas. Definitely a place worth visiting again.

5 /5 jp singh: Edited - been here once again and food was still amazing. Ordered some sweets and they were very happy to taste before you buy. Excellent variety and cleanliness. We bought few things and tasted few others and found the place to be an excellent location to try different stuff. Samosa, Choley Bhature and parantha everything looks superb. It is actually a nice spot to park, enjoy the cool breeze outside and try other different shops around this compact market. It could work out very well for the weekend breakfast or brunch as the menu is a perfect match for this sort. The place was full and we have seen more people coming in.
