1 /5 Step By Ambar: Today, December 27, 2026, at 4 PM, my friend and I ate at this restaurant. When we arrived, it seemed that all the restaurant staff were about to have their meal together. That would not have been a problem if there had been a sign from the beginning, at opening time, stating that the restaurant was temporarily closed for staff meals—but there wasn’t.
Because of this, they rushed us to place our order, which made us feel very uncomfortable.
There was one other customer who arrived and was willing to wait. After the food was served, that customer complained because the food was undercooked. However, the staff’s response was very dismissive and unprofessional. The customer wanted to speak with the male staff member, but I saw him avoid the situation. Meanwhile, the female staff member sighed, had an unfriendly expression, and did not offer any apology.
Lastly, when my friend and I finished our meal, there was no “thank you” at all.
It was truly a very bad experience with poor attitude from the staff. I will never come back again.
