Martin G A quick bite on the way to the F1 Exhibition. No problem with being walk-ins, and welcomed warmly while it was pretty busy at midday on Sunday. Comforting Italian fare…really! We ordered the meatballs (3 pieces); croquettes (crocheted di prosciutto) (3pieces) and a very tasty Bella Emilia pizza accompanied by the rucola salad. All worth going back for! A cocktail (Montenegroni) and a Lord Nelson 3 sheets beer topped out our order, that after the application of the weekend surcharge pointed just north of $170 for two. Very easy, very tasty and recommended. Thanks.

Sajin Jafar An exceptional dining experience from start to finish. The food was exquisite — perfectly al dente, generously layered with premium mussels, prawns, and clams, each bite bursting with freshness. The prawn ravioli was indulgent and delicately balanced in a silky butter sauce. Freshly shucked oysters elevated the evening, clean and beautifully presented. Impeccable quality, elegant presentation, and a sophisticated atmosphere. A truly refined culinary experience.

Mindy Lim Excellent meal, there were no misses in all courses. Some skillful techniques demonstrated, such as layering corn ribs on top of perfectly cooked coral trout, coated with a light tempura batter. I found the taste very true to classic Cantonese flavours, light and natural. I also very much liked the teas offered in the pairing and appreciated the attention to detail, right down to the extra amenities in the bathroom. They change the menu every 3 months so Ill be back at some point. Very glad we came to try this.

Alonna Dawes Im visiting Melbourne for the first time and have a tour at the Shrine of Remembrance. I found Trend Cafe and Restaurant Southbank on Google and knew it would be the perfect place for lunch. I ordered English Tea due to me being cold. I didnt know what I wanted so an employee, who knew I was American suggested I get the Trend Wagyu Beef Burger. He said their beef was better than the USA beef. Instead of the fries I ordered Garden Salad with Caesar dressing. Everything I had was amazing and the employee was correct. The beef was amazing as well as the employees.

Oliver Pullin Honestly one of the best dining experiences I’ve had in Melbourne. We started with the caviar oysters, absolutely unreal, and finished with the steak which was cooked to perfection. Every single thing on the plate felt thoughtful and properly done. Our host for the night, Jazzy, honestly made the whole experience even better. The customer service was next-level genuine, funny, and just one of those people who clearly loves what they do. You could tell they cared about making sure everything was perfect, and they really pulled it off. Between the food, the view, and the way we were looked after, it was the kind of night that just feels special from start to finish. If you’re thinking of booking it do it. You’ll get an amazing meal, an even better view, and if you’re lucky enough to get Jazzy as your host, you’ll be looked after better than anywhere else in Melbourne.

GeorgeM Hands down our favourite family restaurant of all. Food and service is top notch. Neil Perry set this restaurant up beautifully and we have been coming since it opened. The food has a difference about it as far as Asian cuisine is concerned. Every dish is a highlight and has the wow factor. From someone who is not a vegetarian my favourite dish is the Fish Fragrant Eggplant. It has converted so many of my family and friends to eggplant lovers. So many other mouth watering dishes. We love going in a group to taste more of the wonderful dishes.

JNR Went to have drinks, wanted a specific cocktail that they couldnt make, was going to stop with one drink and go elsewhere to get my cocktail but service was too fantastic to leave, once they knew i wanted something they didnt make they offered me surprise cocktails.. each one they created was more yummy than the last. We ended up staying for lots of cocktails and even dinner... which was one of the most flavoursome meals Ive had in years. If you want over and above service with lots of smiles, amazing cocktails and delicious food, dont walk past Marmont! Honestly cant fault anything.

Jun L Nice views of the Yarra River if you manage to grab a riverside seat. The food was good, though slightly on the pricier side. Customer service was warm and attentive, which really elevated the experience. The portion size felt reasonable for the price, and the staff were very friendly throughout. A solid choice for a relaxed weekend lunch.

Tim Zahn Bistro Guillaume is a fantastic spot for anyone who enjoys great French food. The menu offers excellent choices and everything we tried tasted absolutely delicious. The location is also very nice and makes for a great dining atmosphere. A special tip: definitely try the daily specials, they are well worth it.
