5 /5 Ablat Kareema: I had such a great experience at Schnitz Fountain Gate today and really wanted to acknowledge the amazing service we received. Harry served us and he was genuinely one of the nicest staff members I’ve ever come across. From the moment we walked in, he greeted us with a warm smile and made us feel welcome straight away. He was patient, attentive, and made sure our order was perfect. He explained everything clearly, checked in on us, and carried such a positive attitude the whole time. It’s so rare to meet someone who goes out of their way to make the customer experience feel personal and enjoyable, but Harry honestly did exactly that. The food was fresh, delicious, and came out quickly, but the service is what truly made the visit stand out. Staff like Harry make such a big difference — you can tell he genuinely cares about what he does. Highly recommend this location, and a huge thank you to Harry for making our meal even better. We’ll definitely be coming back!

3 /5 Rosalina Walsh: Visited Schnitz Fountain Gate recently and had a great experience! The staff were very helpful and polite, making us feel welcome right from the start. The food was nice and freshly made — schnitzels were tasty, not too hot, and cooked just right. The chips were a highlight, crispy and seasoned perfectly. The place was comfortable, with a clean and relaxing atmosphere, making it a great spot to enjoy a casual meal. Will definitely be coming back!

1 /5 Navneet Kaur: I ordered the spice of life chicken wrap and always loved it but hated it this time as it tasted raw and the Schnitzel wasn’t spicy crumb, they added the plain one to the wrap and tasted so bad. I want a refund.

5 /5 Manjot Singh: Harry was a great manager. Our food was very good. Schnitzel was crispy tasty and had a lot of flavour alongside the chips which were also salted beautifully and had a very good ending taste of them. Like usual, The sauce was good customer service excellent had a great time. Love The service love the staff.

2 /5 Savvy Kaur: We always go to Schnitz FG… We found good food and good customer service all the time.. But this time it was not up to that standard… our family order dine in food. Chips were served cold.. we were like it’s ok.. it’s a busy day for them… but then my husband who order his salad with veggis schnitzel which was one side burned .. we raised complaint to manager and told him tht the chips were cold and the schnitzel is half burnt.. no sorry from him and all he said Do you want another one. We said ok and the second time he served half cooked.. felt insulted and disappointed… not sure if we’d go back to this place again…
