5 /5 Victor: Walrus is that classic Chinese restaurant that your family goes to for celebrations! There is simply so much classic nostalgia for me whenever I go here and I always leave with a good feeling. The food is generally of consistent quality and is what you would expect of this kind of restaurant.

3 /5 Joel Ch: Our favorite seafood steamboat spot used to be our go-to, but we hadnt visited since COVID hit, only to find out theyve removed it from their menu. Now, we can only try their Cantonese dishes, which used to be pretty good as well. However, our recent visit was quite disappointing as the flavors werent as authentic. Its still above average, especially with dishes like Cantonese BBQ pork and roast duck. Its worth a try if youre in the area and looking for something different from Vietnamese cuisine.

5 /5 Fernando Tran: Came all the way from Sydney… did not disappoint! My family heard about this restaurant through our friends and decided to fly down from Sydney as we had spare time in the holiday season. We decided to order quite a bit but the stand out dishes were definitely the fried rice, roast pork belly, salt and pepper lobster and the XO green beans. The seafood was extremely fresh and tasty as well as being reasonably priced. They were significantly better than anything we’ve had in Sydney and in a class of its own! Definitely the best Chinese restaurant I’ve had in recent memory that’s for sure. The staff were all extremely friendly and welcoming, more than happy to explain some of the dishes to us and helped us get bowls and plates whenever they got dirty without even needing to ask (so attentive)! This is definitely going to be a regular spot for us whenever we have the chance even if we need to fly down here for it.
