1 /5 Samira Cyan: Zambreros is usually my go to but this location has been a huge disappointment. Every single time I try to give this place another shot, Im met with bad food. Your food is 80% lettuce, and anything you pay EXTRA for, you dont get. This burrito was all lettuce and a few rice. No protein or beans. And Ive ordered a burrito bowl before too, which was 70% lettuce and a tablespoon of everything else. And the extra money I paid for the salsa wasnt even given. And 0 jalapenos was included when your menu says its included. Teach your employees to actually give us what we pay for if you want continued service (not from me, because I refuse to give this place another chance). EDIT: id like to edit in response to the owner - how is your staff supposed to remember EVERY customer and EVERY order. Oh, they dont remember me so I must be lying? My orders were ordered in person, not online. I didnt *forget* where I ordered from. Why are you trying to deflect instead of actually addressing the problems of your restaurant. There have been plenty of other reviews that have stated the lack of actual ingredients in your products. Lettuce is not the only ingredient.

4 /5 Srinivasreddy Guntaka: Went to Zambrero recently. The staff were really friendly and nice to deal with, so no complaints there. One thing I did notice though, I paid for extras in my meal, but the size of the meal still looked the same as a normal one. Because of that, one meal wasn’t enough for me and I ended up buying another one. When someone is paying extra, they usually expect to see that value in the portion or overall meal. Just something worth looking into. Service was great overall, just hoping the add-ons can feel a bit more worth it.

I ordered a burrito bowl and everything tasted well-prepared with good ingredient quality. Staff were friendly, quick with service, and explained options clearly. The store was clean and had a nice casual vibe. Definitely a go-to spot for a quick and satisfying meal. Would happily come back again.

5 /5 Vicky Ko: Absolutely amazing experience at Zambrero! The food was fresh, delicious, and packed with flavour—but what really stood out was the exceptional service. The staff were incredibly friendly and genuinely caring. They came over to check if we were enjoying our meals, offered us gloves for the messier burrito and even offered us tap water. Its rare to find that level of attentiveness and kindness. Will definitely be coming back but not just for the food, but for the outstanding hospitality!
