Zayn’s BBQ House - Food VIC

3 /5 Dave David: We got the spicy chicken wings after about 40minutes of waiting. They werent spicy, just covered in honey. Then after about another 30 minutes we got the sides to the main meals. Vegetables, chips, corn and rice - all delicious. Then another 15 minutes we got the beef rib. It was cooked very well, didnt have much flavour but it did come with like 5 different sauces. After another 15 minutes we got out other entree, beef tacos. They were OK, but nothing special. I think they over did it with the sauce. We were there almost 2 hours and we never got our other main, beef shank. The servers were very apologetic about the situation and explained that it wasnt ready (this was at about 7pm). The place is beautiful, the music was a bit too loud, and even though the people were lovely, the servers seemed a bit lost wondering around not knowing what to do or which table ordered what. It was opening night so we were expecting some hiccups. The wait times were a bit too long, I understand its not made to order, its smoked and that cant be rushed. But 2 hours is too long. I hope they iron out the kinks because the food we got was pretty good. Not in a rush to go back tho

5 /5 Hajar El-Hennawi: I visited Zayn’s BBQ House for the first time to celebrate my graduation, and it was an incredible experience from start to finish. We ordered a wide variety of dishes to share, and everything that came out was impressive. The meat was exceptionally tender and juicy, packed with flavour. However, the standout for me was definitely the tacos — they were absolutely outstanding. The food was genuinely mouth-watering, so much so that I came back for a second visit not long after. On my return, I ordered the tacos again along with the HSP, and it was absolutely divine. Without a doubt, some of the best meat and overall meals I’ve ever had. I’ll definitely be making Zayn’s BBQ House a regular spot.

5 /5 Aman Khanz: We went to Zayn’s BBQ House for dinner and were really impressed. The steaks were cooked beautifully (the tomahawk with the flame-torch show at the table was a highlight), and all the sides were spot on – crispy fries, tasty wings, tacos and fresh oysters. Everything was well-seasoned and generous in portion. Zac was an amazing host – friendly, attentive and clearly passionate about what he does, which really added to the experience. The restaurant itself is laid out nicely: modern, spacious and comfortable, with plenty of room between tables so you don’t feel crammed in like many other places. Overall, a great night out and we’ll definitely be back to try more of the menu.

5 /5 AfriQueen DenShah: We dined here on Boxing Day 2025, both opting for the Dry Aged T-bone steak. The steak was incredibly tender and juicy, almost melting in my mouth with each bite. It was a large, thick cut, that I could not finish due to its size and richness. The accompanying sides, which included corn ribs and grilled vegetables, were flavorful and substantial. We were impressed and definitely plan to return to explore more dishes from the menu.
