Nicole S I stumbled across Universal Skincare when I was searching for a DMK stockist after many years of stubbornly thinking ‘ I know best’ and decided that stripping my oily skin was the way to fix it - I was wrong. It’s not just the DMK product, but I personally found Monique to be genuine and I was particularly impressed with how knowledgeable she was. What really stood out to me was feeling she was not wanting to sell unnecessarily, rather she was enthused in her knowledge and wanted to fix my skin - and she did! Ive been using the suggested home-care products for a few weeks now, had my first treatment last week and although I have a long way to go, my skin is still glowing from my first treatment. Anna I had my nails done by Ashley at Serenity Lounge in Hawthorn and I’m so happy with the result! She did such a beautiful job – my nails look clean, neat, and exactly how I wanted them. Ashley is really good at what she does. She took her time, paid attention to every little detail, and made sure everything looked perfect. She also has really good communication. She asked me what I wanted, helped me choose the right shape and colour, and made sure I was happy the whole time. She’s super friendly, easy to talk to, and made me feel very comfortable. You can tell she really cares about her work and wants every customer to leave happy. I highly recommend Ashley if you’re thinking of getting your nails done. If you go to Serenity Lounge in Hawthorn, definitely ask for her – she’s amazing!

Eryn Rizzi Ok so … I usually head to QVC for my amazing brow clean up however, as my fav person is no longer there (such a heartbreak as it took me years to find someone!), I thought why not give this brow boutique a shot as they do threading (most places still do waxing yikes!!!). Amen! I’m seriously so so happy - they booked me in with this lovely woman, Pam, who asked me immediately, ‘what are you looking for exactly?’ I explained what I wanted and NOT wanted and she seriously got it! In less than 15 mins, my brows looked like they should have their own beauty spread mentioned in VOGUE and … I even had my upper lip cleaned up, all in the 15 mins! No ouch, no redness, no pain just beautiful smooth Aloe Vera cooling skin! Thank you Pam see you soon.

Eliza Gearing I could not recommend Cat more for her expertise with hair - so knowledgeable, kind and skilled. I used to panic going to the hair dressers but with Cat’s patience in listening to what I might want and her advice in what is achievable, I could not love my hair more. Thank you so much!

She is so welcoming and makes sure she explains every treatment in thorough detail to ensure you have a swift understanding of the process. She makes you feel comfortable and safe.
