neera Patel I started at the studio 6 weeks postpartum and have been going 2/3 times a week. In just four weeks I’ve seen huge improvements. Janelle and the whole team are amazing, so supportive, and really understand postpartum needs. They modify exercises when needed, which has been incredibly helpful for my recovery. I already feel so much stronger and can see such a big difference. On top of all that, the classes are genuinely fun and the trainers make every session enjoyable. Highly recommend!

I was greeted by Jordan he made me feel super welcome from the moment I walked in. The facility is clean, the equipment is in great condition, I would definitely consider signing up there if I was local. Cheers Jordan!

Offers an outdoor 50 metre pool, an indoor 25 metre pool, a warm water pool, two spas, one steam room (no sauna); a reasonably sized gym, aerobic + group fitness spaces, multipurpose rooms and pilates. Very welcoming for families, seniors and people with disabilities.
