Wirrawilla Rainforest Walk - (VIC)

5 /5 Owl Editz: The 1km trail is an easy, relaxing walk along the boardwalk. A lovely addition to a trip to Healesville and surrounds. Getting there involves about 10mins drive on non-sealed (dusty) roads, and there’s a carpark at the start of the trail entrance.

5 /5 Cloe Chenevier: So lovely, felt like the middle of nowhere in the best way. A bit cold there 12°c even now in April. No fee. Board walk the whole way. 1km walk. There are 2 walks that split off from this walk, one is 10km and the other is 8km. So suits all fitness levels and good f9r little legs.

4 /5 Donna Liebe: A very relaxing beautiful place to visit i spent hours just walking taking in the view of beautiful tall trees with green leafs and blue skye A fantastic place to go to be with someone or even visit on your own

5 /5 Brendan Shingles: Loved the rain forest with big old tree ferns and moss covered myrtle beech, sassafras and blackwood trees. Foggy and drizzly so that added to the atmosphere. The whole environment feels centuries old. Boardwalk kept our feet dry too.

5 /5 Tony Edge: Fantastic experience loved it, weve been there a few times its never disappointed. Its got a drop toilet and picnic hut, UNFORTUNATELY NO BBQ so remember to bring lunch before going on the walk. Gentle easy walk its a circuit walk, actually its got a couple of walks to choose from but weve only done the rainforest loop, bonus your able to take your fur child as well and theyll love it plenty scents to take in. Weve liked going in the late of the day as its proven to be less people a more personal experience and a lot prettier with lighting and temperature, very easy drive in remember if going in the later part of the day to be mindful of wildlife.
