Neha D I had an incredible experience here! Isabella, who was my stylist, did an amazing job with my permanent straightening. At first, I was worried because I have quite thick and curly hair, but she was so professional, gentle and down to earth, she made me feel so comfortable. We got along well and I completely lost track of time — even though it was almost a five-hour session! She was very thorough and used different products suited for my hair’s thickness, and you can tell that she’s extremely experienced and knows what she’s doing. The ambience is great and it is very clean and tidy. Even her business partner, Ricky, was there helping me pass the time — they were both so hospitable and welcoming. Honestly, this was the best experience I’ve ever had at a hair salon in Melbourne. Highly recommend. ☺️

mon DO NOT GO HERE! I got a lash lift and tint and brow lamination and tint from here and NEVER AGAIN will i be returning. I spent $180 for all of it because i was going on holiday. Whilst i was away more than 3/4 of my lashes had completely snapped off and a few days after the service the end of my brows went curly??? I was away for 2 and a half weeks and when i got back and contacted them it had just hit the 3 week mark when i got them done and my eyebrows were still curly on the ends and my lashes had all completely snapped off. I called them and asked for a refund as nothing in my service worked and all they told me all i could get was a free facial from them or another lash lift and tint and brow lamination for free? Which i’m not sure why’d they’d offer this as i never want to go back ever again. They referred me to talk to the store manager which took them 5 days to call me. I sent photos and videos for proof of my damaged lashes and brows and the store manager proceeded to tell me that my lashes and brows looked fine when clearly they weren’t and proceeded to tell me that nothing was wrong with them and they can’t give me a refund because i notified them over 4 weeks too late and i contacted them at the 3 week mark which makes no sense. I asked to speak to the store owner because clearly nothing was getting resolved and the STORE MANAGER proceeded to mock me with a sarcastic comment saying “well if a computer broke down you won’t be able to speak to bill gates directly”. This coming from a store manager is completely appalling and disgusting customer service. Please save yourselves from coming to this place, it’s a disgrace.

Hyacinth My daughter and I have been going to Mystical Beauty & Brow for a few years - Southland branch. Jinal is absolutely fabulous! Whilst all the beauticians provide a professional service, Jinal has always taken the time to accommodate us, if we have an appointment or have come in last minute. Jinal especially is great with young girls, and goes the extra mile for my daughter. We have always walked away happy with the service provided! A few services we use are sugaring, threading and facials. Highly recommend this place for their excellent customer service, their professional behaviour and their skills. Thank you.

Melissa Manieri 2 or so years ago, I wrote a wonderful review on my first RZ wig. the texture of my wig was beautiful! . Which in fact made me order a custom wig. Sara made the process easy!! I ordered the exact same hair “ Russian” not any other type. And a custom cap. I waited almost 2 years for my custom wig after many excuses as to why it was taking so long. Also they usually show you the hair they will be using to make your wig. The hair was different from what I agreed upon when I received it. The hair was shorter when I received the wig the hair was longer, the cap was very small in areas that was suppose to be bigger and the area that was suppose to be bigger was smaller. The hair was so dry! I brought it to Sarah’s attention and sent her pix. She reached out to her manufacturer, they accused me of not giving them the correct measurements. I returned the wig after many Back and forth texts , stating the cap is too small and I wanted lace, well I didn’t get that either. They expected me to keep the wig. Finally they agreed to redo it, unhappily I may add. When I received the redo of the wig. Now the front of the cap and ears were big! And no lace front.. ugh! As well as the color was not what I wanted plus the texture was not right. It felt dry not like the first one I had. A few weeks later I was wearing the wig, after I had it altered to fit my head. The lady who altered my wig even said this is not Russian hair. It’s poor quality. After wearing the hair and washing it. the ends became severely dry with split ends, dead ends. That does not happen with Russian hair. Definitely synthetic. I come to realize she screwed me out of what I wanted and paid for, by using a blend of synthetic and some sort of human hair. Oddly on the left side of the wig it’s all dry and has split ends the right side is ok. Buyer Beware

Shaina Pil I bought a wig from rz wigs and it was amazing quality. I live in America so i went to die the color in an American salon . They ruined my wig. They bleached the lacetop and some of the hair fell out and it looked very orangy. I was very disappointed. 2 months later, i flew in to Australia for my sisters wedding. So i brought my wig to rz wigs to fix and they did an incredible job! They fixed the lacetop by adding baby hairs and toned the orange look. I am very happy with my wig and i definatly reccomend them!

Sammy K walked into this salon at 4:50 PM, and they close at 6 PM. If they didn’t have enough time to do my nails properly, they should have told me instead of rushing through a sloppy, half-done set. From the start, the nail tech had a terrible attitude. Any time I pointed out a mistake, she made annoyed expressions like I was the problem—even when it was her fault. Then, she made me pay before the set was even finished, which felt completely unprofessional. At that point, I knew they weren’t concerned about customer satisfaction—just about getting my money. Her technique was awful. She kept poking my hands with her long nails, and when I instinctively moved away, she aggressively yanked my hand back instead of adjusting her work. The entire experience was uncomfortable, rushed, and not worth it. To make matters worse, I noticed that women of color seemed to be treated differently here—dismissed, rushed, and not given the same care as other customers. I will never be coming back, and I wouldn’t recommend this place to anyone who expects respect and quality service. Avoid at all costs I know this salon has a 7-day satisfaction policy, but after the way I was treated, I wouldn’t want to come back. I also know there’s no refund policy—they can keep the money and just do better next time

Sarah D Do not recommend. I walked in and talked to a staff member who recommended brow laminate and tinting to make my eyebrows fuller. She started but then said she had to leave and handed me over to a second employee who then handed me to a third. When finished I said they were really different to what I expected and was told as my eyebrows are patchy the treatment isn’t recommended for them. Completely contrary to the first employee. She became really defensive, escalating the situation and raising her voice to deny the conversation I had with the first employee (who had also under quoted me on price). I said I would pay half the total, materials only as I was so unsatisfied, but she continued arguing and yelling over me, threatening with security until I firmly told her ‘half or nothing, I’m done with this’. As I was leaving she was still yelling insults at me she was so worked up. This is a photo taken straight after a brow laminate/threading and tint. I’d never had my brows professionally done before and was relying on the professionals to guide me on what would work, not to just recommend the most expensive treatments knowing I wasn’t a good candidate. The job was bad enough but the way the employee handled it was even worse. I went straight home. I don’t even want to leave the house looking like this, I’m so embarrassed.
