Mezz & Roy Gobind Sweets Thomastown is a hidden gem for Indian food. It seems to be popular with not only community members of south asian heritage but also anyone else who are connoisseurs of authentic Indian food. Their Soya Chap is a must try, and so is Mooli Paratha. I’d also mention the staff there go above and beyond to ensure a good experience by the patrons. In particular I want to call out Barleen for exemplary customer service - unlike many other South Asian joints, she seems committed to quality service, ensuring to get every small detail right. Thanks Gobind Sweets team and I look forward to visiting again.

Jackson Djurovic This has been my local for a few years now and i wouldnt wanna look for another. The atmosphere is great, relatively quiet with the same few faces generally around. Its the staff that really make the place though. From the bubbly receptionist who answers the phones to the amazing chef in the kitchen. The real cherry on top though is the bartender betty! This woman is a swiss army knife, a truly beaufiful soul and one of the best damn bartenders ive ever seen. If this place was a dump, id still keep coming back just for her

Haidar Khalouf I’ve been to this place 3 times and each time it’s better than the last. I don’t know how they do it but everything tastes like love and care. Their Calamari is the best I’ve ever had in my whole life, Literally perfect! Their portions are extremely generous, we bought their grilled chicken burger and it was huge and delicious! The place is incredibly clean and I feel very comfortable ordering there. I’d share some photos but we cleaned everything. The staff are so kind and generous! Give this place a shot 10000000/10 would come back again!

Rabia Zafar Took the kids out for a little treat and we found an absolute gem! oreganos pizzahouse is a MUST visit! From the moment we walked in, we were welcomed with the friendliest smiles and warm service, they truly made us feel at home. We tried a mix of their pizzas and they were all so good! The Supreme was a total hit with the grown-ups. The Macedonian had that perfect kick for spice lovers, and of course, Pepperoni always gets devoured first The pizzas were fresh, full of flavour, and the crust? Just the right kind of crispy! We also grabbed some hot chips for the little hands. Had such a perfect ending to a great meal. Oh and a little bonus I wasn’t expecting… they serve amazing coffee too! Perfect for a caffeine loving mum like me Mum-approved and kid-loved all the way
