ReneeS Gianginis We went for dinner tonight and would highly recommend it. Food was served hot and fresh in a timely manor. We went as a family 2 adults and 2 children (12 &9) We ordered the souvlaki platter for 2 and it was simply delicious and more than enough food! The lamb and chicken was tender, a variety of dips- salad well dressed, ample bread for 4 people and the calamari was delicious! The chips that came with it were really crispy, seasoned well and even had some crunchy ones. The staff were very friendly and very accommodating, and made sure we were happy with everything. 10/10 customer service, 10/10 food! There was nothing that could be faulted! Highly recommend it! And we will definitely be back!!!!

Catalyst Great Bahn Mi and Rice paper rolls made fresh and authentic from a clean shop with friendly service with a smile. Generous size and fresh ingredients. A few tables outside but is take away. Free sauce container of your choice with Rice Paper rolls. Visited June 2025. Will visit again. Highly recommended.

Rohan Amazing food and great service! Tried the pav bhaji, kathi roll, and Ambur biryani. All three were really good, but the Ambur biryani was definitely my favourite...the meat was super tender and the rice was light but full of flavour. There was a bit of a wait as its a popular spot, but they were kind enough to give us a plate of pani puri on the house, which was a really nice touch. Keen to come back and try more from the menu

Roaring Sheep Best Steak Sandwich with chips ever !!! Steaks cooked perfectly and the chips are old school perfect. The staff are quality and a credit to the bar especially Sparkles and Caitlyn.

Ash Del My family and I have been to Aksorn Thai about 4 times now and their food never disappoints. We have never waited more than 15 minutes for our food, even when it’s super busy. The food is full of flavour and always comes out hot. The staff are all lovely and we always enjoy our time at Aksorn Thai, I can’t recommend this restaurant enough!

So friendly, so full of life — the kind of customer service that makes you feel like you’ve just been welcomed into the family. They’ve got that genuine, big-hearted Aussie hospitality that’s hard to beat. Now let’s talk about the food — because wow! The beef was fresh, juicy and packed with flavour. You could tell straight away it was top quality — none of this average stuff. That sandwich was an absolute beauty. And the sticky date pudding? Oh mate… what a cracker. Rich, perfectly balanced, and downright irresistible. I’d happily wrestle a croc for another serve of that! What’s even better is that it’s all incredibly affordable. You’re getting top-notch quality without it costing an arm and a leg — and that’s something special these days. If you’re anywhere near Mernda and you haven’t stopped by Turners Bakehouse yet, you’re missing out on something truly special. This place is a little treasure, and I’ll definitely be back for more.
